Growith NSI is an entirely digital service. We do not ship physical products. This policy describes how and when digital access is provisioned to your account after payment.
1. What we deliver
We deliver:
- Access to our online onboarding funnel and videos
- Access to courses in our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Access to distributor tools and dashboards (for active Distributor Program subscribers)
- Digital receipts, invoices, and certificates (delivered by email and accessible in-app)
We do not deliver:
- Physical products
- Physical goods by courier or post
- Printed course materials
2. Delivery timelines
2.1 Commitment fee
Instant. Upon successful payment through Razorpay:
- Your account is upgraded
- The onboarding funnel is unlocked
- A confirmation email with invoice is sent to your registered email within 5 minutes
If the payment succeeds but you do not see access unlocked within 30 minutes, email [PLACEHOLDER: support email] with your Razorpay transaction ID.
2.2 LMS course enrollment
Instant. The moment your course enrollment payment succeeds, the course is unlocked in your LMS dashboard and a confirmation email is sent.
2.3 Distributor Program subscription
Instant. Your distributor dashboard, referral link, and campaign tools activate immediately on successful payment. A welcome email with onboarding instructions is sent within 5 minutes.
2.4 Monthly renewals
Renewal payments are processed automatically by Razorpay. You receive a renewal confirmation email with invoice within 5 minutes of successful renewal. There is no interruption of access.
3. Geographic availability
Growith NSI is accessible worldwide. As long as you have an internet connection, you can sign up, pay, and access our services from any country.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and all transactions are processed by Razorpay. International users may be charged foreign-transaction fees by their card issuer — these are outside our control.
4. Delivery failures
If you paid but did not receive confirmation email or access within the expected timeline:
- Check your email spam/junk folder
- Verify your account status by logging in
- If still unresolved, email [PLACEHOLDER: support email] with your transaction ID
We will investigate and resolve the issue. Duplicate or failed charges are refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Technical requirements
To use our Services, you need:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest versions)
- A stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended for HD video)
- A device capable of playing HTML5 video
We do not support Internet Explorer or browser versions older than 2 years.
