Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

We, NSIMPACTT PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U80903GJ2022PTC137755, GST: 24AAICN6637R1ZP), (hereinafter referred to as "Growith NSI" and/or "https://growithnsi.com" and/or "We"), are a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Private Limited Company's Act, 2013.
Growith NSI is an entirely digital service. We do not ship physical products of any kind. This policy describes how digital access is provisioned to your account after successful payment.
1. What We Deliver
We deliver (digitally):
- Access to the online onboarding funnel and videos
- Access to courses in our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Access to distributor tools and dashboards (for active Distributor Program subscribers)
- Access to the Landing Page Builder (for active Distributor Program subscribers)
- Digital receipts, invoices, and certificates — delivered by email and accessible in-app
We do NOT deliver:
- Physical products of any kind
- Printed course materials
- Physical goods by courier, post, or delivery service
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Commitment fee — Instant
Upon successful Razorpay payment:
- Your account is upgraded immediately
- The onboarding funnel is unlocked
- A confirmation email with invoice is sent to your registered email within 5 minutes
If payment succeeds but you do not see access within 30 minutes, email hello@growithnsi.com with your Razorpay transaction ID.
2.2 LMS course enrollment — Instant
The course is unlocked in your dashboard the moment payment succeeds. A confirmation email is sent immediately.
2.3 Distributor Program subscription — Instant
Your distributor dashboard, referral link, campaign tools, and landing page builder activate immediately on successful payment. A welcome email is sent within 5 minutes.
2.4 Monthly subscription renewal — Instant
Processed automatically by Razorpay. Renewal confirmation with invoice is sent within 5 minutes. There is no interruption of access during renewal.
3. Geographic Availability
Growith NSI is accessible worldwide. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed by Razorpay. International users may be charged foreign-transaction fees by their card issuer — these are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
4. Delivery Failures
If you paid but did not receive confirmation email or access within the expected timeline:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Log in and verify your account status
- If still unresolved, email hello@growithnsi.com with your Razorpay transaction ID
We will investigate and resolve within 48 hours. Duplicate or erroneous charges are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Technical Requirements
To use our Services, you need:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest 2 versions)
- A stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps for HD video)
- A device capable of playing HTML5 video
We do not support Internet Explorer or browsers older than 2 years.
